The built in Deduplicate function allows you to find accounts that are either of a duplicate or unique status.

If you wish to find a list of all accounts which could possibly be duplicated in order to review them then it is best to do the following:

Ensure you are in the database area that you wish to Deduplicate.

Go to Menu, Setup > Customer Status.

Click on +New Status.

Create a new status called Potential Duplicates (the actual name is not crucial and can be anything you like).

Click on Save to save the status.

Go to Menu, Tools > Deduplicate.

Select the criteria that you wish to Deduplicate on (you can select multiple options if you desire).

Select which Accounts you would like to be displayed.

Select Continue.

Note that you do not need to change any of the other options on this page.

You will now see a list of all of the Accounts the system believes have duplicates.

The next instructions are at the top of the screen:

Click on 'Apply to accountlist' to apply the results to the account list.

Click on the Assign icon.

Select the drop-down for All accounts in current filter and Change account CustomerStatus.

Select Potential Duplicates from the drop-down menu and then select Apply.

The system will advise you how many accounts are going to be amended, check the number looks correct and then select OK.

Click on Filter, and clear any currently applied filters using the Clear button.

Filter the account list by the status of 'Potential Duplicates', you will now be able to see a list of all the accounts that are duplicated, you can then review these and remove the accounts that are not required.
