Internet Cookies & Internet Cache

Deleting Internet Cookies will resolve a number of common glitches in your system. Emptying the Internet Cache removes all stored copies of Web Pages, Scripts, Images etc on your local PC.
This can be especially useful after an update has been applied to the system. The method for deleting Cookies and Cache is specific to different Browsers. You should always ensure you are logged out of the system before deleting any Cookies or Cache. After removing Cookies and Cache you should close all Browser windows and restart your Web Browser before attempting to re-launch the system.
When using CHROME -
On your keyboard press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE when inside of any Chrome window.
A new tab will then open, select 'the beginning of time' and make sure the 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data' boxes are selected.
Once that is selected click the bottom button that says 'Clear Browsing Data'
When using FIREFOX -
Go to the Menu button at the top right bar and select History.
Select the Clear Recent History option.
Please ensure to select only the Cookies and Cache to avoid deleting more than necessary. Complete the process by selecting Clear Now.
With the Firefox Menu turned on, you can select the History feature at the top

When using INTERNET EXPLORER -
Go to the gear symbol in the top right corner and select 'Internet options' from the list
Within the General feature, select Delete.
Please ensure to only select the top three options: Preserve Favorites website data, Temporary Internet files... and Cookies and website data.
Complete the process by selecting Delete.
