This function enables you to flag certain times as unavailable for a specific Sales Person and therefore it is impossible to actually set an appointment for that date/time when using the diary calendar.
Click on the clock icon on the Diary Calendar.
Note that you will need to have a Sales Person selected in the Filter in order for this option to appear.
The screen has two columns: Specific unavailability (controls times for the selected date) and Weekly unavailability (controls times for a day of the week for every week).
Times that already have an appointment set are greyed out and cannot be set as unavailable.
Tick/check the times as unavailable as required and click the Save button.
