Contact Names Section
You have a Contacts Panel but there is also a button at the top of the Account View to open a new window with all Contact details.
The contact name Panel can be displayed either in a tabular format:

The setting that controls this option (use tab layout) is in the Database Area Setup and can be set differently for each Database Area. If you go to Menu, Setup > Database Areas, then click into the Area and go to the Area Appearance heading. In this heading, there is the Contact Options title which is where you can change the layout type.
If you need to see a lot of fields for each contact then there may not be enough space to put them across the page in the tabular format and you will have to use the page-per-contact format which will list the fields down the page.
The name that is selected (either the radio button in the tabular format or the tab in the contact-per-page) is used for Documents and as the name to register the call against.
Field Selection
Configure which fields are displayed on either display by going to the Menu option, Setup > Field Selection > Contacts. You can then use the left-hand list to add fields to the right-hand list by clicking on the field and using the remove icon to delete the field.
Adding New Names
Use the New page tab to create a new name.
Or type into the [add contact] field.
Deleting Names
In the tabular format tick the checkbox in the Del column to delete a contact name.
In the page-per-contact format tick the checkbox marked Delete to delete a contact name.
Once you have marked the Contact to delete you will need to select 'Only Save Account' in the Wrapup to save these changes.
Contact Window
In the Account View page click the ‘Contact’ button to display more information on the contacts.
The system shows a page for the selected Contact Name displaying all available fields, this includes the Contact Additional Fields. Click here for more information.
