Almost all Users will begin work looking at this screen which shows them the list of Accounts they are able to work on. You can specify within the User Profile what page each User is taken to when they log in.
Top Banner
The number of records in this Area is shown in the top left corner. If you have used the search or filter it will show you the number of Accounts included in the search or filter you have set.
In the top right corner, there is the icon to log off of the system. We always recommend logging off rather than just closing the browser otherwise this will cause discrepancies in the working times collected if you have not logged off correctly.

Columns
The columns displayed are configurable.

The list can be sorted simply by a single click on the relevant column heading (click a second time to reverse the sort order - ascending or descending).
Accounts
To determine the number of Accounts shown on each page on the Account list you just need to select the Edit This View option in the bottom left and in the pop up select the relevant number from the Accounts per page option
Single-click on an Account to open the Account view page.
Menu
On the Menu use the pin button to pin or unpin the Menu.
Additional Menu Bar Options
Name | Description |
Menu | The extended Menu will lead you to other Areas in the system. |
Quick Find | The process will search for Company/Account Names. The search does a generic look-up, for example, typing in 'Garden' will return all Accounts whose name contains the word 'Garden' anywhere in it. |
Reload | This will refresh what you are looking at, it is not the same as Reload Area which will refresh the system completely. |
Filter | Opens the standard filter options of Owner, Status, Query, Project, Old calls, Today's calls, Not called today, and Must calls. The icon will show in yellow if a filter is active. |
Account Search | Opens the search options based on the currently selected Fields/Columns. The icon will show in yellow if a search is active. |
Assign | Assign accounts to Owners, Status and/or Projects. Also, the ability to update fields to a specific value, create email campaigns, copy data etc. |
New Account | Click to create a new Account in this Area. In the popup, there is also the option to search for existing Accounts in this Area or across all active Areas. |
Click to count records
By default, the system does not show the count of Accounts on the Account List screen (this is to save system resources). It is recommended that most people click the link at the top of the page to do the count when needed.
Bottom Banner
In the bottom banner, you have the option to 'Reload Area' which will refresh the system completely and 'Edit This View' which will edit the headings and the number of Accounts shown. This banner also includes the User Name you are currently logged in as, the Database Area you are working in and the timezone you have set in this Area.
