This screen gives the user all the information they need to make a call. The configuration can be different in each Area.

The buttons at the top can be turned on or off on each User Profile by going to the drop-down of ‘Display Options’, by default they are:

Name

Description

Cancel

Return to the Account List without saving the Account.

Save

Save the Account and return to the Account List. If the Wrapup option is turned on but is not a fixed panel then the Wrapup popup screen will appear before the Account is saved. If the Wrapup is a fixed panel then the Save button is not displayed, use the buttons on the Wrapup section to save; the system will move to the next Account automatically.

Documents

Contacts

Display a separate window with all the details for the selected contact name. Click here for more information.

Privacy

Where you can collect a lawful reason as to why you can be in contact with the Contacts in this Account. You can also store when and how you can contact them.

Scripts

Opens a new window to run a Script or Survey, note if there is a Script embedded into the panel view then this option will not appear.

Call Guides

Opens a new window to show a Call Guide, note if there is a Call Guide embedded into the panel view then this option will not appear.

Dial

If the dialing method has been set you can single click the green phone button to dial the telephone number in the Account.

Hang up

If the dialing method had been set and you have made a call you can select the option to hangup.

Research

List of available websites to further research the Account, such as Google Maps.

Links

If you have added links to the Database Area they will appear here.

Social

Previous

Move to the previous Account from the Account List without saving the current Account.

Save & Next

Save the current account and move to the next account from the Account List. If the Wrapup option is turned on the call result screen will appear before the Account is saved. If the Wrapup is shown as a fixed panel this button is not shown.

Panels

The Account View screen is made up of a number of Panels. These Panels can be configured to contain any information required for the selected Area. Click here for more information on configuring Panels. Note that Panels and Panel Views are unique for each Database Area.

Fields in a Panel

You have the option of adding and removing fields from the panels, depending on the panel there are different ways to do this. Please click here to find out more.

The Owner, Customer Status and Project drop-downs only show those that the user is allowed to see (refer to User Profiles setup).

Single-click on the search button to open the Google Search on the Postcode. Contact Customer Success Support if you need other search buttons added to the screen.

You can add up to 9 other pages each with various types of fields and information, from the contact history, plain text fields, drop downs, check-boxes, radio buttons and product listings. It is possible to have up to 3 panels with different sets of page tabs each.

To edit the Tabs and the fields included in the Tabs you will need to go to Menu, Setup > Additional Tabs. Click here for more information.

Double-click in the Notes or Additional Notes tab to quickly insert the current date/time along with your Username.
