You can create as many Panels as you need in each Area, to create a new Panel you will need to go to the Panel List.

To get here you will need to go to Menu, Setup > Panels > Panels.

In the Panel List screen, you can either add a New Panel or edit an existing Panel from the list.

Select the Panel Type:

Name

Description

Field Collection

The most common Panel type, used to show a number of Fields which can be almost anything except contact Names, Contact History or Product Fields. Click here for more information.

Additional Tabs

This will show a collection of Page Tabs each with their own configuration. Click here for more information.

Contact Panel

This will show Contact Name Information, either as a Page Tab for each name or in a Grid. Configure this in the Database Area settings. Set which Contact Name Fields are shown in the Menu option, Setup > Field Selection > Contacts.

Additional Tab

Configure a Page Tab and show the contents in its own Panel.

Embedded Script

Normally you would click the Script button at the top of the Account view to run a Script in a pop up window. This option allows you to embed the Script on the main screen as a Panel. It is not possible to have more than one Script on the Panel View at one time.

Embedded Call Guide

Normally you would click the Call Guide button at the top of the Account view to run a Call Guide in a pop up window. This option allows you to embed the Call Guide on the main screen as a Panel. It is not possible to have more than one Call Guide on the screen at one time.

Last Comments

Shows the Comments from the most recent Contact History entry in an editable text box.

Wrapup Screen

The Wrapup screen is normally shown as a pop up window, this option allows you to embed it on the main screen in its own Panel. Configuration of the Wrapup is done in the same way.

Sales Orders

This is the Panel you will need to use for Sales Orders. To know more about Sales Orders Panel please click here.

Email Campaigns

This is the Panel that will show Email Campaign information in relation to the Contacts in the Account. To know more about the Email Campaign Panel please click here.

Field Mapping

This is the Panel that is used for Linked Fields. To know more about Linked Fields please click here.

Twitter Feed

This panel is a way to search for a specific Company or Contacts Twitter page. To know more about the Twitter Panel please click here.

LinkedIn Panel

This panel is a way to search for a specific Company or Contacts LinkedIn page. To know more about the LinkedIn Panel please click here.

Google News

This Panel will search for News in relation to the Company or Contact. To know more about the Google News Panel please click here.

Website Stats

This Panel will show the tracking collected from the Website for the specific Contacts included in the Account. To know more about the Website Stats Panel please click here.

Enter a Name for the Panel, this is only used for configuration and is not displayed on the working screens.

Enter a Title, this will appear in the Title Bar of the Panel. This is optional.

Enter a Control on the Panel, for example, you can make a Panel not visible for certain User Authority Levels.

For example: *nv[10,11]

Extra options are only used to select the necessary item for:

  • Call guides

  • Scripts

  • Additional tab

Click Save to create the Panel and add it to the Panel list.
